Blue Archive the Animation is a thrilling and action-packed movie that takes place in the city of Kivotos, where the academies are divided into their own districts and operate mostly independently. The General Student Council, which acts as a governing board to manage the academies as a whole, has been struggling to maintain order since the sudden and mysterious disappearance of its president. As a result, countless issues have begun to surface throughout the city, causing chaos and disorder.

To prevent a complete disaster, the General Student Council calls upon the Federal Investigation Club, also known as Schale, to step in and help resolve the incidents occurring around Kivotos. Schale is the city's newest club, and it was approved just before the president's disappearance, making it the last hope for restoring order in the city. Despite being a new club, Schale is composed of a group of highly skilled and dedicated students who are determined to make a difference in their city.

However, to accomplish their task, Schale relies heavily on the guidance of a Sensei, an experienced and knowledgeable teacher who can help them navigate the challenges they face. The Sensei acts as a mentor and leader, providing the club with the direction and support they need to succeed in their mission. With the help of their Sensei, Schale sets out to uncover the truth behind the mysterious incidents and restore peace and order to the city of Kivotos. Along the way, they will face numerous obstacles and challenges, but their determination and teamwork will help them overcome any challenge that comes their way.
