The movie 'You' is a psychological thriller that follows the story of a young man named Joe, who is played by Penn Badgley. Joe is a manager at a bookstore in New York City, but his ordinary exterior hides a deeply disturbed individual. He becomes infatuated with a customer named Guinevere Beck, played by Elizabeth Lail, and will stop at nothing to make her a part of his life.

Joe's obsession with Beck quickly turns dangerous as he begins to stalk her, both online and in real life. He learns everything he can about her, from her social media accounts to her daily routines. As he gets closer to Beck, he starts to eliminate anyone who stands in his way, including her ex-boyfriend and best friend. Joe's actions become more and more extreme, and the audience is left on the edge of their seats wondering what he will do next.

What makes 'You' so compelling is the way it explores the blurred lines between love and obsession. Joe truly believes that he is doing what is best for Beck, and he sees himself as a hero in his own twisted story. The movie also raises questions about the role of technology in our lives and how it can be used to manipulate and control others. With its gripping plot and complex characters, 'You' is a must-watch for fans of psychological thrillers.
