The Third Eye

Set against the haunting backdrop of an old, crumbling castle, "The Third Eye" tells the unsettling story of young nobleman Mino. Living a secluded life under the roof of his aging mother and the enigmatic housekeeper Marta, Mino exhibits an eerie attachment to the two women and devotes his peculiar attention to taxidermy. The fragile dynamic within the castle is disrupted when Laura, Mino's fiancé, becomes the target of jealousy and animosity from both women. The tension escalates tragically when Laura dies in a sabotaged car accident, with Marta's hand suspected in the deadly act, prompting Mino to bring her lifeless body back to their desolate home.

The atmosphere inside the castle turns increasingly dark and violent as Mino's mother confronts Marta in a brutal altercation that ends with a fatal fall down the stairs. This act of violence plunges Mino into a psychological abyss, leading him into a psychotic spiral. In a disturbing turn of events, Mino engages with a stripper and later a prostitute, strangling both women during intimate encounters alongside the chilling presence of Laura's preserved corpse. Marta, far from recoiling, steps in to assist Mino in concealing these grim deeds, indicating a deeply twisted alliance between the two.

A year of silence passes before Daniela, Laura's twin sister, arrives at the castle, setting the stage for new tensions and mysteries to unfold.
