About The Originals

The Originals is a thrilling spin-off from the popular television series, The Vampire Diaries. Set in the vibrant and mystical city of New Orleans, the show focuses on the Mikaelson siblings, who are known as the world's original vampires. The series is led by the talented Joseph Morgan, who plays the role of Klaus Mikaelson, the oldest and most powerful of the siblings. Daniel Gillies also stars as Elijah Mikaelson, the second oldest sibling, who is known for his calm and collected demeanor.
At the heart of the series is the power struggle between Klaus and his protégé, Marcel, played by Charles Michael Davis. After Klaus left New Orleans to escape his father Mikael, Marcel took charge of the city and has built a strong power base. Now that Klaus has returned, he is determined to reclaim his city and take down Marcel in the process. Klaus's ego and desire for power have been provoked, and he is determined to become the king of New Orleans once again.
One of the most interesting plotlines in the series is the introduction of a new character, an unborn child who is the first to be born to a hybrid and a werewolf. The child is seen as a potential heir to Klaus, and this development adds a new layer of complexity to the power struggle between Klaus and Marcel. With the stakes higher than ever, the Mikaelson siblings must navigate the treacherous waters of New Orleans' supernatural world to secure their place in it. The Originals is a must-watch for fans of The Vampire Diaries and for anyone who enjoys a good supernatural drama.
