In the heartwarming animated feature 'Sing', we are introduced to a diverse cast of characters, each more endearing than the last. The story revolves around Buster Moon, a charismatic koala voiced by none other than the talented Matthew McConaughey. Despite his optimistic demeanor, Buster is struggling to keep his theater from financial ruin. Desperate to save his passion project, he comes up with an unconventional idea - a singing competition that he hopes will bring in the crowds.
Joining Buster on this musical adventure is his loyal best friend, Rosita, a dedicated but overlooked homemaker with a hidden talent for singing. Rosita is portrayed by the delightful Reese Witherspoon, who imbues the character with warmth, humor, and a touch of melancholy. Though she spends her days changing diapers and cooking meals, Rosita has always harbored dreams of fame and stardom. When she learns of Buster's singing competition, she sees it as an opportunity to finally step into the spotlight and prove her worth.
