Silent Rage

"Silent Rage" is an action thriller starring Chuck Norris as Sheriff Dan Stevens, who faces a terrifying challenge when a mentally ill man in a small Texas town goes on a murderous rampage. After being fatally wounded by police, the killer is revived using an experimental serum that grants him superhuman strength. With this new power, the killer becomes nearly unstoppable, forcing Sheriff Stevens to take him down before more lives are lost. Ron Silver co-stars as Dr. Tom Halman, one of the doctors involved in the serum's development.
