'Red Right Hand' is a gripping crime thriller that follows the story of Cash, played by Orlando Bloom, who is trying to escape his past and live a peaceful life in a small Appalachian town. Cash is a man with a mysterious past, who has made a conscious decision to leave his previous life behind and start anew in a quiet and peaceful community.
