Red Cliff

Set during the waning days of the Han Dynasty in 208 A.D., "Red Cliff" tells the gripping story of a massive military campaign unleashed by Prime Minister Cao, who convinced Emperor Han to unite China through war. Facing overwhelming odds, the warring kingdoms of Xu and East Wu forge an unlikely alliance to survive. The film features Tony Leung as the brilliant strategist Zhou Yu and Takeshi Kaneshiro as the resourceful Zhuge Liang, whose cunning plays a pivotal role in the historic Battle of Red Cliffs.
