About Parenthood

The Braverman family, a large and diverse group, is the central focus of the show "Parenthood". The family is led by the patriarch, Zeek Braverman, and his wife, Camille. They have four adult children, each with their own unique set of challenges and triumphs. Adam Braverman, played by Peter Krause, is the eldest son and the most responsible of the siblings. He is a successful businessman, a loving husband to Kristina Braverman, played by Monica Potter, and a dedicated father to his two children. However, his life is not without its complications, as he navigates the ups and downs of parenthood and his career.
Kristina Braverman, played by Monica Potter, is Adam's wife and a devoted mother to their two children. She is a strong and resilient woman who faces her own set of challenges, including a battle with breast cancer. Despite these hardships, she remains a pillar of strength for her family, always putting their needs before her own. Together, Adam and Kristina face the trials and tribulations of parenthood, navigating the complexities of raising children in a modern world.
The Braverman family is not without its share of drama and dysfunction. Each sibling brings their own unique set of challenges to the table, from Crosby's struggles with commitment to Julia's struggles with work-life balance. Despite these challenges, the Braverman family remains a tight-knit group, always there for one another in times of need. Through their trials and tribulations, they learn the true meaning of family and the importance of sticking together, no matter what life throws their way.
