Robin McLaurin Williams (July 21, 1951 – August 11, 2014) was a celebrated American actor and stand-up comedian, best known for his vibrant performances and unique comedic style. He skyrocketed to fame with his iconic portrayal of the extraterrestrial Mork in the beloved TV series "Mork & Mindy" (1978–1982). Following this success, Williams carved out a remarkable career in both stand-up comedy and feature films.
