About Richard Armitage
Richard Armitage, a native of Leicester, England, embarked on his acting journey at Pattison College in Coventry before honing his craft at the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. His on-screen debut was a minor role in This Year's Love (1999), but it was his portrayal of the enigmatic John Standring in Sparkhouse (2002) that truly put him on the map.
