About Preston Mohr
Preston Mohr has been a Visual Effects Coordinator and in-house compositor at Warner Bros. since July 2021. He is known for his work on Don't Worry Darling (2022) and Salem’s Lot (2022). Preston graduated from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2021 and holds a dual Bachelor's of Science in Television, Radio & Film and Computer Science. He wrote and directed the short film, Skylight (2021), for his senior capstone, leading a group of five young visual effects artists. Composed of over 50 VFX shots and an original score, the film went on to screen at multiple film festivals across the US, including Shockfest and the Boston Independent Spirit Awards. Outside of filmmaking and visual effects compositing, Preston is an avid enthusiast of software development, artificial intelligence, and programming.
