About Dick Wolf
Richard Anthony "Dick" Wolf (born December 20, 1946) is an American television producer renowned for his work in crime dramas. He played a pivotal role in shaping popular series such as Miami Vice and the extensive Law & Order franchise. Over the course of his illustrious career, Wolf has earned prestigious accolades, including an Emmy Award and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, recognizing his significant contributions to television. In addition to his production work, he is also an accomplished author, having written three books. His first book, Law & Order: Crime Scenes, serves as a nonfiction companion to the Law & Order series. He expanded into fiction with The Intercept and The Execution, which are volumes in a thriller series centered around N.Y.P.D. special agent Jeremy Fisk.
