In House of Lies, she appeared in 41 episodes from 2012 to 2016, where she portrayed a competitive management consultant and ex-wife of main character Marty Kaan, as well as the mother of their son, Roscoe Kaan.
Her other television credits include playing Janice Herveaux in the third season of True Blood, a reporter and Damon Salvatore's girlfriend Andie Star in The Vampire Diaries, and a lead role in the SyFy movie Hydra. She has also made appearances in various other shows such as My Boys, Knight Rider, Trust Me, Stargate: Atlantis, and How I Met Your Mother.
In addition to her work in television, Olivieri has lent her voice to animated series and video games. She provided the voice of Pepper Potts in the Avengers animated series on Disney XD and Lucy Kuo in the PlayStation 3 video game, inFamous 2.
