Christopher Fairbank, occasionally credited as Chris Fairbank, is a distinguished English actor born on October 4, 1953, in Hertfordshire, England. He is best known for his portrayal of Moxey in the popular comedy-drama series 'Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.' Fairbank's extensive television career includes notable appearances in series such as 'Sapphire and Steel,' 'The Professionals,' and 'The Scarlet Pimpernel.' Additionally, he contributed voice talent to Aardman-produced feature films 'Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit' and 'Flushed Away.' His film roles are diverse, including a mugger in Tim Burton's 1989 'Batman,' Mactilburgh the scientist in 'The Fifth Element,' prisoner Murphy in 'Alien 3,' and the Player Queen in Franco Zeffirelli's 'Hamlet' alongside Mel Gibson.
