Meet Ashton Kutcher, an accomplished American actor, model, producer, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist! Born on February 7, 1978, Kutcher first made his mark in the Fox sitcom "That '70s Show" as Michael Kelso from 1998 to 2006. His film debut came in the romantic comedy "Coming Soon" in 1999, followed by the box office hit "Dude, Where's My Car?" in 2000.
In 2003, Kutcher ventured into romantic comedies with "Just Married" and "My Boss's Daughter." That same year, he created, produced, and hosted the television series "Punk'd" for eight of its ten seasons. He also took on a lead role in the psychological film "The Butterfly Effect" in 2004.
Kutcher continued to grace our screens in romantic comedies such as "Guess Who" in 2005, "A Lot Like Love" in 2005, "What Happens in Vegas" in 2008, and "No Strings Attached" in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, he starred as Walden Schmidt in the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men." In 2013, Kutcher portrayed Steve Jobs in the biographical film "Jobs." He also starred as Colt Bennett in the Netflix series "The Ranch" from 2016 to 2020. Kutcher even lent his voice to the character Elliot in "Open Season" in 2006.
Beyond entertainment, Kutcher is a successful venture capitalist and co-founder of the venture capital firm A-Grade Investments. He later announced Sound Ventures in 2015, the successor to A-Grade Investments, managing a fund backed by institutional funding. Kutcher has made investments in over 60 companies, including Skype, Foursquare, Airbnb, Path, and Fab.com. Some of his recent investments include Neighborly, Zenreach, ResearchGate, Kopari Beauty, and Lemonade as of August 2017.
