About Armen Ksajikian
Armen Ksajikian was raised in Sokhumi, Abkhazia, in the former USSR. His late father, Arsen, was a dental surgeon. His mother, Seta, was at one time a dancer with an Armenian dance company, and later a homemaker. Armen studied in Russia and later in the United States. Since arriving from his native country in 1976, Armen performed with Jascha Heifetz in his master class and has been a featured solo Cellist with numerous orchestras, including the LA Philharmonic. Armen is a studio Cellist for television and motion pictures.
