Meet Sir Anthony Hopkins, an incredibly talented Welsh actor, film director, and producer! He has received four more Academy Award nominations for his roles in The Remains of the Day, Nixon, Amistad, and The Two Popes. In 2020, he won his fourth BAFTA Award and a second Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of an elderly man diagnosed with dementia in The Father.
Hopkins has also made several television appearances, including his BBC debut in 1967. He won a British Academy Television Award for Best Actor for his performance in War and Peace in 1973. He has since starred in the BBC films The Dresser and King Lear, as well as the HBO television series Westworld.
