Izumi Shinichi conduce una vita tranquilla a Tokyo, fino a quando una razza aliena non decide di invadere il suolo terrestre. Uno di essi tenta di impadronirsi di Shinichi penetrando nel suo corpo senza successo. Il parassita entra allora nel braccio destro del giovane e adotta il nome “Destry”.
