Julie, la ragazza più carina del liceo, sta con Tommy, il ragazzo più carino del liceo, frequentano l'ultimo anno della Valley High School, una scuola di ricchi figli di papà. Julie stufa dell'arroganza di Tommy decide di lasiarlo e a una festa incontra Randy, il coatto che viene da Hollywood, e che si è imbucato insieme con un amico.
