Siamo sul pianeta-penitenziario Fiorina 161, in un altro sistema solare. Qui naufraga il sottufficiale Ripley, insieme a un'altra creatura simile agli Alien che aveva già combattuto in passato. La comunità che abita il pianeta non è però tecnologicamente preparata alla lotta con quella creatura e Ripley teme che il suo incubo non finirà mai.
