Half Past Dead 2

"Half Past Dead 2" follows long-time inmate Twitch, portrayed by rapper Kurupt, as he intentionally transfers himself to a harsh, re-opened Alcatraz prison to be near his girlfriend. However, his true motives are more complex and strategic. In this intimidating environment, Twitch encounters Burke, a formidable prisoner played by former wrestler Bill Goldberg. Despite their physical differences, both men share a rough-and-tumble demeanor. Their uneasy coexistence is tested when a violent gang war erupts between the black and Hispanic inmates, triggered by the murder of the black gang leader. Accused wrongly, Burke becomes the target of the Hispanic gang led by Cortez, who escalates the conflict by taking hostages including Twitch's girlfriend and Burke's daughter.
