Gremlins 2: The New Batch

In the sequel to the beloved original, young sweethearts Billy Peltzer (Zach Galligan) and Kate Beringer (Phoebe Cates) embark on a new adventure as they move to the bustling metropolis of New York City. Seeking new opportunities, they land jobs in a cutting-edge office park, surrounded by the latest technology and innovations. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they are reunited with Gizmo, the friendly and adorable Mogwai, bringing back memories of their previous encounters.

However, their reunion is far from peaceful. A series of unintended accidents leads to the creation of a new batch of Gremlins—mischievous and unruly creatures that live up to their name with their chaotic antics. Unlike before, these Gremlins quickly multiply and spread throughout the high-tech complex, causing havoc and confusion among the unsuspecting employees and residents of the office park.

The situation escalates dramatically when the Gremlins invade a secretive laboratory within the complex. There, they are exposed to experimental genetic modifications that grant them extraordinary and terrifying new powers, making them even more formidable adversaries. With their enhanced abilities, the Gremlins become nearly unstoppable, forcing Billy, Kate, and Gizmo to band together in a desperate effort to contain the menace and save the city from total destruction.
