
"Gone in Sixty Seconds" follows former car thief Randall "Memphis" Raines (Nicolas Cage), who must come out of retirement to steal 50 cars in a single night to save his brother Kip's (Giovanni Ribisi) life. With the help of his crew, Memphis embarks on this high-stakes, adrenaline-fueled mission, facing numerous car chases and relentless police pursuit.
Trivia:
1. The original 1974 film "Gone in 60 Seconds" was directed by H.B. Halicki, who also performed many of the dangerous stunts, including a famous 128-foot jump in a car named "Eleanor." The 2000 remake pays homage to this iconic vehicle.
2. Nicolas Cage did many of his own driving stunts in the film, adding authenticity to the intense car chase scenes.
