In the captivating series 'Foundation', viewers are introduced to a diverse cast of characters, each with their own unique role in the grand scheme of things. The lead character, Hari Seldon, is portrayed by the talented Jared Harris. Hari is a brilliant mathematician who develops a theory known as psychohistory, which allows him to predict the future on a large scale. Another key character in the series is Brother Day, played by Lee Pace. Brother Day is the current Emperor of the Galactic Empire, a position he inherited through a line of clones that have ruled for centuries. Despite his seemingly absolute power, Brother Day is plagued by the knowledge of the Empire's impending doom. He struggles to maintain order and control as the Empire begins to crumble around him.

The plot of 'Foundation' revolves around a group of exiles who are on a mission to save humanity and rebuild civilization amidst the fall of the Galactic Empire. This group, led by Hari Seldon, is made up of individuals from various walks of life, each with their own skills and expertise. They are tasked with preserving knowledge and culture, and laying the groundwork for a new civilization that will rise from the ashes of the old. Their journey is fraught with danger and uncertainty, as they navigate the treacherous political landscape of the dying Empire. The series is a thrilling exploration of power, destiny, and the human spirit, and is sure to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
