Yasuko, a devoted housewife, leads a seemingly ordinary life in a bustling urban high-rise, sharing her home with her husband, Satoru, and their young son, Takuto. Though the apartment offers convenience and city views, Yasuko finds herself increasingly frustrated by the constant buzz of unwanted visitors, from relentless spam calls to persistent door-to-door salesmen disrupting her peaceful routine.

One particularly exasperating day, Yasuko reaches her limit when a determined salesman tries to slip a flyer through the apartment's chained front door. Seized by irritation and a desire to protect her family's sanctuary, she forcefully slams the door on his hand, sending a clear message that her patience has run thin. The salesman retreats, seemingly defeated, leaving Yasuko hopeful that the disturbances might finally cease.

However, her relief is short-lived. The very next day marks the beginning of a chilling ordeal as unsettling events unfold, turning Yasuko's simple neighborhood annoyance into a harrowing nightmare.
