Er sprudelt regelrecht vor Ideen, wie er seine schokoladigen Leckereien trotzdem unters Volk bringen kann. Alleine ist er dabei auch nicht. Die kleine Noodle ist ebenfalls mit dabei. Außerdem kann Wonka auf die Unterstützung der skurrilen Oompa Loompas setzen.
