Als der kleinstädtische Reporter Bob Wilton einen Mann interviewt, der behauptet Veteran einer supergeheimen Spezialeinheit zu sein, deren Mitglieder auf das Töten durch Blicke, durch Wände gehen und Gedankenlesen spezialisiert sind, kann es sich eigentlich nur um einen völlig Durchgeknallten handeln.
