Eigentlich müßten sie Helden sein, haben vier Männer einer militärischen Spezialeinheit doch gerade wichtige Druckplatten während des Irakkrieges für die Amerikaner zurückerobert, doch nachdem eine Söldnertruppe ihnen diese wieder abgeluchst hat, finden sich Hannibal Smith, der Sonnyboy Templeton "Face" Peck, der leicht durchgeknallter Mechaniker "Howling Mad" Murdock und der zupackende Muskelberg B. A. Baracus vor Gericht wieder und landen für zehn Jahre im Knast. Doch nach einigen Monaten erhalten sie das Angebot, daß für sie ein Ausbruch praktisch vororganisiert wird - sie sollen die Druckplatten erneut besorgen, diesmal aus Frankfurt. Doch ist das Angebot ehrlich und wie nah ist ihnen Ermittlerin Charisa Sosa auf den Fersen.
