Natalie und Kevin haben Eheprobleme und gehen zu einer Therapie. Dort wird ihnen geraten, noch einmal von vorne anzufangen – am besten in einer neuen Umgebung. Also ziehen die beiden in ein Haus, das eigentlich viel zu teuer für sie ist, doch dank eines günstigen Deals können sie es sich doch leisten. Was die beiden nicht wissen: Das Haus wurde ihnen nur so günstig angeboten, weil es eine düstere Vergangenheit hat. Und von dieser merkt Natalie auch ziemlich schnell was nach dem Umzug: Unheimliche Dinge geschehen in dem Haus, doch zunächst kann Natalie nicht beweisen, dass es in ihrem neuen Heim nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht. Dann aber spitzt sich die Lage zu und das Pärchen gerät in Lebensgefahr.
